They call within a week of your booking, at a time that suits you best. There's every opportunity to make amends to your order at this point and you can confirm the exact design and specifications of your new doors, windows or conservatory.

Installation is the most important part of our service; even the best products will not perform unless they are properly fitted. But you can relax. All our installers are committed to our belief in excellent customer care and have a wealth of experience in completing installations to our exacting standards. Dustsheets are always used to protect your carpets and floors and we promise to leave your home as clean and tidy as we found it. Once work begins, our expert installers will stay until it is completed.

A typical project involving six windows and two doors takes around one and a half days to complete, while a conservatory installation happens in two stages: the building work, followed by the erection of the conservatory itself. There's normally a gap between the first and second stage to give the building work time to settle. Importantly, our installers are under no pressure to complete one job and move on to the next quickly.

They are rewarded only for the quality of their work and the satisfaction of our customers, not the speed at which they finish installations.

In the unlikely event you need any after-sales support, you can be sure we'll be there for you. The comprehensive guarantees that accompany every installation have stood the test of time and cover every aspect of your conservatory, windows and doors. We even cover the building works for a full ten years. So, when you contact us with any problem, however small, you will be answered promptly and a trained engineer will be with you within five working days.

If the problem is urgent it will be treated as a priority and dealt with immediately. When the engineer has completed his work he will give you full details of what he has done and the reasons why.
