Product – 70mm white PVCu pivot windows 

We were chosen to replace tilt and turn style windows in three 16-storey tower blocks for a local authority.

The existing windows were more than 10 years old, and had over the years become draughty, defective and prone to leaks. It was imperative that the replacement windows be chosen for their longevity, as the tower blocks were at the same time having a new external thermal render system applied which a future window replacement would damage.

Also, the cost of scaffolding for such a project can amount to more than the materials, so the brief made quite clear the need for durability and long life. Our solution was to install PVCu pivot windows which  took all this into consideration, as well as requirements for easy cleaning and safety, and the end result exceeded client and tenant expectations.
